This XT Performance Street Kit features ACT's Xtreme Pressure plate and most popular street disc. ACT Xtreme pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT's Performance street discs are the most popular disc purchased. They feature premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. These discs have reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates. Quiet operation with increased strength and reliability.

NOTE: This is the clutch kit we use here at FT-86 SpeedFactory in our shop cars. It works perfectly in anything from a street car to a race car. We use this in our street BRZ which has no issues in daily traffic. We use this in our normally aspirated race car which only sees track abuse, and we also use this in our turbo charged race car that puts down 390WHP and 300WTQ and the clutch holds perfectly time and time again. So if you are looking for an affordable clutch that will hold power and take some abuse this is what we recommend.
